In a strive for a clean and sustainable future, Supra Group has ventured into Renewable Power having set up multiple units of Small Hydro Powers across Northern India which are generating round the clock Green Electricity.
The plants are Gold Standard Members of UNFCCC promoted Clean Development Mission (CDM).
The company's current installed capacity is of 12.2 MW with plans to expand further in this line and create a portfolio of similar green power plants.
- Birahi Ganga Hydro Electric Project has a capacity of 7.2 MW +10% Overload and is a registered Gold Standard Member of CDM under UNFCCC. It is situated in Chamoli, Uttarakhand and is developed under SPV named M/s Birahi Ganga Hydro Power Limited.
- Baner Sangam Small Hydro Project has a capacity of 5.0 MW +20% Overload and is a registered Gold Standard Member of CDM under UNFCCC. It is situated in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh and is developed under SPV named M/s Yogindera Powers Limited.
